We do not accept requests for returns or refunds, except in the case of damaged merchandise. Please contact us via the Contact Us page if you find any damage to your order.

Some items are held in stock after the order has been placed. In the unlikely event that we are unable to secure inventory, we may cancel your order. Please be assured that you will not be charged in such cases.

Some countries may charge customs duties on international purchases of snacks. Customers are responsible for paying such duties.

Products will be sent with a shelf life of at least one month at the time of shipment. However, we will contact you separately by e-mail if we ship items with a shelf life of less than one month due to the original short shelf life of the product or due to the influence of the supplier.
